After graduating from Sciences Po (public administration section) Ariane de GUILLENCHMIDT – GUIGNOT moved to London where she worked for a rating agency. Back to France, she became a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2003, she taught civil law in university and started a PhD in civil law of contracts.
She supported her PhD in 2007 with the honours of the unanimous jury.
While working on her PhD, Ariane de GUILLENCHMIDT – GUIGNOT was a Temporary Education and Research Attaché (Temporary lecturer) at the University of Paris II – Panthéon – Assas, and then she worked as a law clerk for the President of the French Supreme Court in Private Law (Cour de cassation).
As a lawyer, Ariane de GUILLENCHMIDT – GUIGNOT was, at first, a trainee in offices of Lawyers before the “Conseil d’Etat” and the “Cour de cassation” (French Supreme courts). She dealt with family law cases.
In December 2010, she decided to start her own law firm specialised in dispute and advice concerning family affairs, privacy and Law of individuals.
